Long time never blog le. MOTHER'S day is finally here :)
very bored at home.. there's nothing much for me to do !
yesterday was so much better cause i had rafting :D
and it was rachel's birthday !
firstly.. got to wake up damn early just to meet jiafeng, jolene, xinhui and trina at ***
then we ate breakfast together before going to school. later ..
we went to east coast park :)
Ms gwee scolded us because we sat on the specs-stand at 8am
she expected us to get ready and set off from school.
she also last min tell us cannot use tyres
The first thought i had is that the raft we are going to build is going to sink !
Anyways we still had bottles we picked on thursday afternoon :P
Quite last minute but cant be helped
We took 1hr and 20 mins to build the raft
but i thought we were quite good alr
cause we were not as well trained as camp challenge.
they went into the waters first..
well, theirs didnt float as well as ours
seriously i am not lie-ing
they had the rectangular bottles whiich is easier to tie whereas we got some very ROUND bottles
still, WE MADE IT !!!
the race on the other hand, we lost .
cause we were too happy and excited when our raft managed to float that we paddled any-o-how!
By the time our colourful raft got out of the sea...
it was disasterous
Bits and pieces of bottles and styrofoam floated away into the sea
and i can see that the seniors are super pissed!
They helped us pick up the debris of our wreaked raft
But somehow.. ms gwee praised us on our paddle
it cost us 2 dollar.
The weather turned nasty,
and all our bottles and newspaper were flying all around
the waters turned nasty
and thank god, we finished the whole rafting session!
The rafters went to change first
followed by the camp challenge people
the food that selina's mother made was good
but too little
when we came out, the food left was ...
thats why we drank lots of drinks ((:
next.. ms gwee made us take pictures
on a big rock
we had to climb onto it and i was damn scared
Scared because i dont wish to fall into the sea :S
then we went home (3.20 pm) !
actually we had evaluation before that!
